What is an e-Ticket?
An e–ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that neatly replaces the hassles of a paper ticket. When you purchase an e–ticket, we email it to you after the booking is complete. Simply print it out and bring it with you – along with a valid photo ID – to the airline counter when checking in for your flight.
Can I book tickets for infants on TripCaliber?
Yes, TripCaliber allows you to book travel for infants under 2 years old. Please make sure you present valid proof of age upon check-in. Also, please note that infants must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. You cannot book more than one infant per adult (try juggling luggage, flights, airport queues and two screaming babies on your own). To qualify for the infant fare, your infant must be under 24 months of age for the entire booked itinerary. This applies to both outbound and return journeys. For return journeys, infants aged 24 months or older must book a separate ticket at the child fare.
What is the maximum number of seats I can book?
A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers you will have to re–complete the booking process for the additional travelers.
Can I book a multi–city trip?
No, this feature is not available at this time.
I have selected 5 passengers (Adult + Children). Why are some airlines missing from the search results?
Some airlines don’t allow us to book more than 4 passengers (adult + children) in one go, so try to search for fewer passengers.
I entered my payment details and pressed submit button - and all I got was a blank screen! I was charged but I don't have an e-ticket. What should I do now?
We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please don’t worry. We will call you within hour and complete this booking offline. We suggest you do not try booking again as you may end up getting charged twice.
How do I know my reservation was booked?
We will send you an SMS and an email to confirmed your flight booking.
Do I need to confirm my flight reservation before I fly?

How do I get a boarding pass for an e–Ticket?
You need to show your e–Ticket confirmation email and your e–ticket number at the check–in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.
What documents are termed as valid and are required for your travel?
While travelling the following documents will be required:

- Passport and valid Visa in case of foreign trips.
- Government issued valid photo identification like passport, pan card or Aadhar card for Indian Nationals.
- Foreign nationals have to hold a valid passport.
How do I cancel my Ticket and are there any service charges?
Cancellations can be done online; however, to confirm the same, you need to write to us at ticket@tripcaliber.com from a registered email id. Below are the steps to cancel online:

- Select the passenger/s and sector/s you wish to cancel and click on submit
- The system calculates your approximate refund amount. Accept and click on ‘Submit’.

What is the latest time frame till which I can cancel my flight and what is the amount I am eligible for?
You need to cancel your flight not less than 48hrs prior to departure. Cancellation charges are applicable as per the respective airline’s fare rules. In case the cancellation is within 48hrs you will have to contact the airline directly. The amount of the refund however depends on the fare rules, also note that in case of non-refundable fares there will not be any refund due.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24hrs from the receipt of the cancelation request; however, it could take a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your banks policy.
Do I need to be registered with TripCaliber.com to book tickets?
No, registration is optional, you can continue as a guest. However, if you wish to register with us, you are most welcome; though you shall get auto-registered once you add your email ID during the booking process.
What is the registration process?
Click on the register link on our website and fill in your details. You just need to follow the on-screen instructions thereafter.
What if I have forgotten my password?
All you need to do is click on the Forgot Password link and we will send you a temporary password on your registered email ID. Remember to change your password once you log in with the temporary password you receive.
How do I edit my account information?
Sign in to your TripCaliber and go to the 'Profile' tab. You can edit your information here – just be sure to hit the 'Save' button when you are done.
After I entered my payment details and submitted the transaction I get a message stating ‘Session Expired’, the payment was deducted however I did not get a ticket?
The online booking system is of a dynamic nature and the fares are sold out every minute, due to this a slight difference in time between availability and submission can result into unavailability of fares. However, our customer service representatives will contact you to either confirm the booking or refund the same.
What payment options are available with TripCaliber?
Payments can be made through credit and debit cards, net banking and UPI.
How safe is my credit card information with TripCaliber.com?

What do I do if my booking is not completed?
If this happens, just take a deep breath and try again. If your booking fails in the middle of a payment process, we will let you know if you get slapped with any erroneous charges.
